(“RecruitOnline”) operates several websites including recruitonline.ai, recruitonline.com.au, recruitonline.co.nz, recruit-on-line.com, startarecruitmentagency.com, startarecruitmentagency.com.au and startarecruitmentagency.co.uk It is RecruitOnline’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, RecruitOnline collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. RecruitOnline’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how RecruitOnline’s visitors use its website. From time to time, RecruitOnline may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
RecruitOnline discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that;

(i) need to know that information in order to process it on RecruitOnline’s behalf or to provide services available at RecruitOnline’s websites, and

We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. RecruitOnline uses cookies to help RecruitOnline identify and track visitors, their usage of RecruitOnline website, and their website access preferences. Candidate/Employee Apps
To enhance the functionality of our time and attendance system, our app accesses your device’s precise (FINE_LOCATION) and approximate (COARSE_LOCATION) location data, but only when you clock in or out. This location data helps verify your presence at a designated work location, ensuring the accuracy of our timekeeping records. We collect this location data exclusively for the purpose of clocking in and out, and it is not used for any other functions within the app. Furthermore, this information is not shared with third parties. You can manage your location preferences via the app settings at any time, including granting or revoking permission for the app to access this data.

Privacy Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, RecruitOnline may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in RecruitOnline’s sole discretion. RecruitOnline encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
