No matter what size an organisation is there will always be a need to have varying security and access level controls within their business management systems. RecruitOnline provides multi-tiered security access levels that can be configured to suit all organisations’ needs.

This in-built security level functionality is designed to suit multi-brand/multi-sector/multi-location business where at one level staff would only have access to distinct areas/clients/records and at the overall business level there would be access across the RecruitOnline system.

Access logs are kept that show who logged in, when they logged in and the ip address of the device that they logged in from. Additionally, user session activity and data changes are logged.

Within RecruitOnline, you can run reports that show access logs for both your own internal users and for clients and candidates logging into their portals.
