Overview

Each Recruiter job can have assigned contacts within the company of which the job has been created for.

This is not a mandatory requirement but can be useful to give certain Contacts within a company the ability to view details/applicants of a particular job.

The 'Edit Contacts' screen within a Recruiter job shows any Contacts who are Assigned (or Allocated) to the Job and any who are unassigned.

The user can choose which Contact to allocate as the Primary contact (only one Contact can be assigned as 'primary' contact), and assign other 'secondary' contacts as well.

How To

Add Primary Contact

  • In the Recruiter job, click on 'Edit Contacts'
  • Select the Contact from the drop-down list of contacts
  • Click 'Save Primary Contact' button

Remove / Change Primary Contact

  • In the Recruiter job, click on 'Edit Contacts'
  • Select another Contact from the drop-down list of contacts
  • Click 'Save Primary Contact' button
    • The ex-Primary Contact will now be removed & located under 'Unassigned Contacts' heading
    • You can only assign a Contact as Primary if they are not already assigned as Secondary. If required, delete the contact as 'Secondary' so you can assign them as 'Primary'

Add Secondary Contact

  • In the Recruiter job, click on 'Edit Contacts'
  • Under the 'Unassigned Contacts:' heading in the table, select the Role from the drop-down menu against the Contact person to assign
  • Click 'Add Row'

Remove Secondary Contact

  • In the Recruiter job, click on 'Edit Contacts'
  • Under the 'Assigned Contacts:' heading in the table, click 'Delete Row' against the Contact person to un-assign
