Expirable Compliance

Candidate Compliances are used to enter additional client characteristics that may determine them suitable or unsuitable for being placed into a job, such as:

  • Clearances
  • Registrations
  • Certifications
  • Licenses
  • Others - please advise RecruitOnline if extra compliances are to be added to the list.

If a certain compliance is present and expired, it will forbid the client to place a candidate in a temp booking. This can be used in conjunction with Job Profiles.

When a valid, up-to-date characteristic is received (such as a renewed license, certificate etc), it must be entered into the system in this screen and updated. The system then updates (occurs at midnight), and the next time the client place a candidate in a job, it will recognise that they no longer have an expired compliance, hence allowing them to place candidate into a temp booking again.
