Company: Do Not Send

The Do Not Send function in RecruitOnline is used to prohibit certain candidates being booked into to Temp/Casual jobs with specific clients.
A candidate may be restricted from being sent to a client by either them requesting that they are not placed there or the client making the request.
There are a few ways to add a candidate to the Do Not Send list for a client;
- From the Client click on Casual Management>Do Not Send and then enter a candidate's surname in the Add Candidates to This List box and click the Search Last Name button. Then select the relevant candidate.
- You can also do this from a Candidate Record
If you need to remove a candidate from the Do Not Send list - you will need to do this from the Candidate Record.
