About

The Compliance Editor is used to create, edit and delete the Candidate and Client Compliance options available in your ROL database. You can also use it to add one or more Compliance requirements against both a Rate/Charge (ie for Casual/Temp/On Hired Placement) and a Recruiter Job.

To access the Compliance Editor select Other>Advanced from the Toolbar and click on Compliance Editor


Create a Candidate Compliance

To Create a Candidate Compliance select Candidate from the drop down box and click Display Editor

Here you can set the following items;

  • Name of Compliance - eg Forklift Licence, Police Clearance, Red Card, etc)
  • Days to Expire - this is the number of days before the expiry date that email notifications are sent
  • Block Temporary Placement - this controls if an expired compliance will block the ability to place a temporary staff member in a booking
  • Alert Admin By Email - this controls whether Admin is notified by email (triggered by the number of days before expiry)
  • Mandatory -

When you have entered the required information click the Add Compliance button.

Edit a Candidate Compliance

To edit an existing Candidate Compliance;

  • Select Candidate from the drop down box and click Display Editor
  • Scroll down to the Candidate Compliance List and click on the Edit link next to the compliance you wish to edit
  • Make the necessary changes and Click the Save Changes button

Hide/Delete a Candidate Compliance

To hide/delete an existing Candidate Compliance;

  • Select Candidate from the drop down box and click Display Editor
  • Scroll down to the Candidate Compliance List and click on the Edit link next to the compliance you wish to edit
  • Change the Deleted/Hidden option to Yes and Click the Save Changes button

Create a Client Compliance

To Create a Client Compliance select Client from the drop down box and click Display Editor

Here you can set the following items;

  • Name of Compliance - eg Terms & Conditions of Business, OH&S Site Inspection, Charge Rates Signed, etc)
  • Days to Expire - this is the number of days before the expiry date that email notifications are sent
  • Block Temporary Placement - this controls if an expired compliance will block the ability to place a temporary staff member in a booking
  • Alert Admin By Email - this controls whether Admin is notified by email (triggered by the number of days before expiry)
  • Mandatory -

When you have entered the required information click the Add Compliance button.

Edit a Client Compliance

To edit an existing Client Compliance;

  • Select Client from the drop down box and click Display Editor
  • Scroll down to the Client Compliance List and click on the Edit link next to the compliance you wish to edit
  • Make the necessary changes and Click the Save Changes button

Hide/Delete a Client Compliance

To hide/delete an existing Client Compliance;

  • Select Client from the drop down box and click Display Editor
  • Scroll down to the Client Compliance List and click on the Edit link next to the compliance you wish to edit
  • Change the Deleted/Hidden option to Yes and Click the Save Changes button

Add a Candidate Compliance to a Rate/Charge

To add an existing Candidate Compliance to a charge;

  • Select Client from the drop down box and click Display Editor button
  • Scroll down and click the Select Compliance for Charge button

  • Enter the name of the temporary/casual job or client into the search box
  • Select one or more of the required compliance(s)
  • Click on the Save Selected button


Add a Candidate Compliance to a Recruiter Job

To add an existing Candidate Compliance to a Recruiter Job;

  • Select Client from the drop down box and click Display Editor button
  • Scroll down and click the Select Compliance for Job button

  • Enter the name of the job or client into the search box
  • Select one or more of the required compliance(s)
  • Click on the Save Selected button
