Custom Fields (formally know as Custom Attributes) are data fields that can be added to ROL record types by ROL users.
They are used to store and search on information in ROL that is not already part of the existing ROL structure.
To manage Custom Fields in your ROL system you will need to have System Manager user rights.
From the Top menu, Click on Other > Advanced > Custom Field Manager to access the Manage Custom Fields function.
Search Custom Fields
From the Top Menu - Click on Search > Custom Fields and then select your search parameters.
