Employee Banking Details

Employee banking details are required to generate a bank disk which can be sent to the bank for electronic payment of salaries. This report will only show employees who have information missing in one of the following fields on their employee record:

  • Bank Account Name
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Branch Name
  • Bank Branch Number (BSB)
  • Bank Account Number


During the processing of a batch a pre-posting check is done during which these details are checked for all employees being paid. Processing will be halted if any of these employee records are found to be missing banking details.
