How do I add a task to a specific candidate?

It is possible to add specific tasks to individual candidates in RecruitOnline. To do so, follow the process below:

  • From the candidate's main screen, click on 'Diary' from the left-hand navigation menu and select 'Add Task'.

  • Complete and click on the 'Save New Task' button.

  • You will then be taken the your Task List.
  • You can also view the task in the candidate's record - click on 'Tools' from the left hand navigation menu and select 'Candidate Tasks'.
