Import Hours

The import hours feature is used to process online timesheets. This process reads the hours submitted and interprets them into pay code items. In Australia these are governed by Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

Award Interpretation & Calculating Hours

Default Award

The default award calculates the hours as the "Normal Hours" component of the Rates Schedule [ROL] / Pay Class Code [PayROL] that the booking is linked to.

Setting Up Interpreters

Contact your Account Manager if you require a new interpreter.


When you import hours they will appear in the "Enter Hours" section of ROL. Here you will be able to edit them and then export them to PayROL.
