Invoices on the Client Portal

To allow a Client Contact to view invoices and PinvoiceR related reports on the Client Portal:
- From the left-side menu on the Company record, click on Contacts and then click the Contact person's name
- Ensure the Contact person already has login details -> Client Portal Logon Password Guidelines
- On the left-side menu, click on Contacts then go across and down to PinvoiceR Permissions link.
- Under the heading "Add Permissions for Client Interface for Viewing Invoices/Statements Online:"
- Select the check boxes of the Client Codes which the Contact person is permitted to see (check the "Client Codes" page to see a list of the clients' client codes)
- If in doubt, contact your accounts department to confirm the correct clients' Client Codes
- Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page
