View/Update Details

The 'Preferences' screen in ROL allows user's to view/update their information, such as:

  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Mobile
  • Email
  • Country / State location
  • Time (by editing the time-offset)


Update Another Users' Details

User's can only change information belonging to themselves, unless you have Admin level or higher access.

User's with Admin level or higher have access to view/update other user's details.

If you are authorised for this, a list of all users will appear on the left-side of screen to select from.


User Management - Extra Settings

If you are authorized for this, you will be able to alter further user settings, such as the users' KPI target, reporting to staff member, user status (active / inactive), and other settings.
