Expirable Compliance

Candidate Compliances are used to enter additional candidate characteristics that may determine them suitable or unsuitable for being placed into a job. Examples of Expriable compliances include;

  • Clearances
  • Registrations
  • Certifications
  • Licenses

If a certain compliance is present and expired, it will forbid the candidate from being placed in a temp booking. This can be used in conjunction with Job Profiles.

When a valid, up-to-date characteristic is received (such as a renewed license, certificate etc), it must be entered into the system in this screen and updated. The system then updates (occurs at midnight), and the next time the candidate is placed in a job, it will recognise that they no longer have an expired compliance, hence allowing them to be placed into a temp booking again.
