In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Note: Each support ticket added is counted as a minimum of 15 minutes of support time (or greater where tickets take in excess of 15 minutes) and will be counted towards the total amount of included support provided for your organisation, per month. Where support tickets added surpass the amount of included support for your organisation per month, then additional costs may be charged.
